The mission of Medicine for the Greater Good is to partner the community with health providers to promote health and wellness.  Over the course of the past years, multiple partnerships have occurred with the community, many which continue.  However, new ideas and innovative projects regarding community – medical projects are introduced frequently.   The main theme that drives a partnership/project with the community is one that attempts to overcome the socio-economic issues of a community (mainly education, and thus helping to improve the health literacy of a community).  “Greater Good Grants” are intended to spark creative and novel interventions and partnerships with the local community.

We will allow health providers from Schools of Johns Hopkins to submit their own ideas and projects to “Medicine for the Greater Good” in the hopes that they will be funded. To apply for a grant, please review and fill out the proposal form below and send it to mgg@jhmi.edu:
